  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • ½ cup applesauce
  • 3–4 eggs
  • ¾-1 cup pure bone broth protein powder


In a bowl, whip eggs, oil, and applesauce,  together intensively.

Stir in coconut flour, protein powder, and Himalayan salt and allow to sit for 5 minutes

Warm up the coconut oil in a large saucepan over medium-low heat.

Once hot, drop batter into skillet and fry until bubbles form on one side.
